Online coaching is a great way to have a coach for the fraction of the cost of a one-to-one coach. You have to be accountable sending videos to your coach so that they can analyse your progress. Programmes are updated daily to suit your needs (elite plan) or updated every 2 weeks (standard plan). Depending on the coach, you either get 3 or 4 days a week as this is the most optimal.
